LITHIC COMPLETES PHASE ONE EXPLORATION AT ITS CRYPTO AND STOKE MOUNTAIN ZINC PROJECTS

Lithic Resources Ltd. (LTH-TSX Venture) (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the field portions of the Phase One programs of exploration at both its Crypto and Stoke properties are essentially complete.
At the Company’s flagship Crypto zinc project in western Utah, McPhar Geosurveys Ltd. completed approximately 1,028 line-kilometres of high resolution, helicopter-borne magnetic surveying at a line spacing of 100 metres. Approximately 25 kilometres of pole-dipole IP (induced polarization) were completed by Peter E. Walcott & Associates Ltd. in a survey centred on the main Crypto mineralization and using lines spaced 200 metres apart. Finally, Eagle Mapping Ltd. completed 1:8,000 scale colour aerial photography over the property area and is preparing a detailed topographic map and orthophoto of the main area of interest.
At the Stoke Mountain zinc-copper-silver project in southeastern Quebec, two cut grids totalling approximately 50 kilometres were established in key areas and used to control geochemical soil sampling and geological mapping. In the order of 760 soil samples and 64 stream sediment samples were collected and geological mapping is ongoing.
Due to significantly increased levels of exploration in general, most contractors are experiencing large backlogs of work and as a result, the Company is still awaiting most of the results of the work conducted on its properties. When they are received, they will be incorporated into updated geological models which will provide the basis for drill target selection at both properties.
